On the 16th of April 2010, Southern Services Flight Company successfully performed the first flight in support of Flare Tip replacement by Super Puma L2 helicopter VN 8608, on the Central Processing Platform (CPP), Su Tu Vang of Cuu Long Joint Operating Company.
On 8th December and 15th December 2011, Southern SFC held Year-end parties 2011 theme “Spread the wings” at Park Hyatt Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City and Binh An village, Vung Tau City consecutively.
In November 25th 2011, Southern SFC signed emergency standby contract with Helistar Cambodia to standby for emergency/medevac flights in support of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC)’s one well drilling activities in Block F, nearly 40 kilometers south off the coast of Sihanoukville, Cambodia. This emergency standby period is approximately 45 days to 60 days, commencing from 7th December 2011.
